

Camp to Belong Maine Receives $10,000 Award
Camp to Belong Maine recently was awarded $10,000 by 100 Women Who Give, a Waterville Area Women’s Club philanthropic event. Camp to Belong reunites Maine siblings separated by foster care, adoption, or other out-of-home care through a week of summer camp and shared experiences and memories.

Annual Donation Requests Open
Every spring, Waterville Area Women’s Club considers applications for donations from local charities and service agencies that benefit women and children in the greater Waterville area. 2025 applications are now open through April 25, 2025.

Mission
Waterville Area Women’s Club and its volunteer members support numerous local charities and service agencies in the Greater Waterville Area, with a focus on those that benefit women and children.

History
In 1887, the Waterville Woman’s Association was formed by a group of women who wanted to help ease the cultural and economic strains of those who had been attracted to Waterville’s mill jobs. Learn more >>
